All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after purchase (excluding weekends and holidays).
During high-volume drops, restocks, or pre-sales, processing times may be slightly longer — we appreciate your patience while we carefully pack and ship each order.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We currently ship within the United States (and selected international locations).
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service.

Pre-Sales & Limited Drops
Our pre-sales and limited drops are made in small batches, and because each piece is produced with care, shipping times may be longer than usual.
We’ll always note estimated ship dates on the product page and keep you updated via email once your order is on the way.
International Shipping
International shipping rates and delivery times vary by region.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Dead Ego Club is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.
